1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Stock Updater Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Citrus IT Services e.U. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on the number of websites specified by your license tier
• Receive updates and support for the duration of your subscription
• Access the customer portal to manage your license

The Software is licensed under GPL v2 or later.

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
• Share your license key with third parties
• Use the Software on more sites than your license permits
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose

4. License Tiers

• Starter: 1 site activation
• Pro: 5 site activations
• Agency: Unlimited site activations

Staging, development, and local sites do not count against your limit.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Licenses are sold as annual subscriptions
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your customer portal

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
